Most of our listings have a size chart so please refer to them before purchasing. If there is a size that you are unsure of, or the measurements are not in the listing, please feel free to contact us! We do not accept returns or exchanges so please double check your selections.

Please turn all garments inside out before washing on a cold cycle. Tumble dry low.

August through December is a very busy time of year and our processing time will range from 2-3 weeks. Please order by our Christmas cutoff date for your order to be shipped by the USPS cutoff dates. Once the item leaves our shop we do not have any control over how long it takes to get to you. Shipping delays are common during the Holiday season due to a higher than normal volume of packages all across the country. We cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas and strongly recommend ordering early. We fill orders in the order that we receive them and cannot rush orders during this time.

Purchasing priority shipping does not increase the processing time of 1-2 weeks, or 3 weeks during the busy season. Your order will still be processed at the normal processing time and once shipped we will select Priority shipping as your preferred method through USPS.

Please provide your monogram initials in the order you want them embroidered. We do not rearrange initials. Please also check the font chart in each listing to ensure you like the way each of your initials look in your selected font.

Please make sure the shipping address on your order is correct. If we do not receive your message about an address change before we ship your item we are not responsible for the item shipping to a wrong address or for replacing the item. During the busy season we may not see your email before we ship your item so it is very important to make sure your address is correct before placing your order. If an item sent back to us by USPS, you will be contacted with the amount to reship the item.
In the rare occurrence your package was lost in transit we are not responsible for sending a replacement item. You must contact USPS and file a claim for a refund. We do offer shipping insurance in our shop for a small fee.

Actual colors may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. We try to edit our photos to show the samples as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.
